After nearly six months of project scoping and consultation Bouygues UK, a sister company to KMS’ long-standing client ‘Warings’ selected KMS ahead of rivals to provide it with the latest construction-focused CRM solution (Project-CRM 2011).
Far from being a run-of-the-mill implementation project, the need for collaboration in operations between Bouygues UK and Warings meant that KMS’ knowledge of the construction industry and its workings was crucial to identifying the necessary solutions to their joint business requirements.
The project was multi-faceted in that as well as needing to configure and implement a completely new system for Bouygues UK, Warings were upgraded from their existing Windows-based system ‘Project-base’ to the Microsoft-based Project-CRM 2011 system at the same time. Multi-level collaboration between personnel and systems was the order of the day.
On completion, the Information Systems Manager leading the project at Bouygues UK, Leo Sarsam, said,
“Thank you all the kms team. My best ever implementation. Pleasure to work with you all.”
KMS are looking forward to working with Bouygues UK and Warings on future projects.
