Something many of our clients often say to us, is can we add colour or emojis to CRM to make forms and grid views look more appealing / striking. The answer is ‘YES’, with simple updates to option sets (choices) within the customization area. This example shows emojis added to the ‘Account Rating’ option set.
In a grid view the options / choices would then be displayed like so.
